The Next Web Conference Europe 2014 took place on April 24th–25th in Amsterdam’s Westergasfabriek. Among the 2565 attendees were five of us from User Intelligence. We were there to meet cutting-edge tech startups, and learn from global technology thinkers and leaders across two days of talks and presentations.

I’m delighted to share the news that the identity I designed for the Brooklyn Marathon has been chosen from amongst 35,000 submissions to be part of the LogoLounge Book 8.
I entered a poster into a competition run by the Design21 site, a UNESCO partnered social design network. The contest was to create the poster for 2010, International Year for the Rapprochement of Cultures; intended to promote better communication and understanding between all peoples and cultures.
I am proud to announce that the brochure that I designed for Acumen Fund has been selected for inclusion two first-of-their-kind books — Designing for the Greater Good and The Big Book of Green Design.
