Integrated Print & Graphics
Client: IPG is a full-service firm specializing in handling printing and design for their clients.
Challenge: Previous site didn’t fit with IPG brand, didn’t function correctly and wasn’t engaging existing clients or potential new business. Site had to be softer / more feminine to reach primary clients, as well as minimal & animated.
Task: Redesign site; IA, UX, icon illustration, SEO and basic marketing
Solution: The new design builds on the established IPG brand palette of colors and motifs, albeit used in a very different manner more appropriate to contemporary design and web.
The base grey color underscores the sites content and the softer accent colors. A strict grid based on a dot pattern binds all the sites elements together, and emphasizes their attention to detail and consistency. A typographically-led design provides elegance and mimalism.
Also created was a protected client-only area for monitoring print accounts, initiating or reprinting projects.
