International Society of Political Psychology
Client: ISPP is an interdisciplinary organization representing all fields of inquiry concerned with exploring the relationships between political and psychological processes. The Society is international, with members from all regions of the world.
Challenge: Reposition the organization to better reflect its status and reach through redesigning their site and brand.
Task: Identity design, IA, UX
Solution: New identity, incorporating ‘Psy’ symbol for psychology, along with a new typographic palette, using H&FJ’s Chronicle and Whitney.
Then I reorganized the site’s content & structure. The visual design built on the aesthetic and concept behind the identity. Sharp, clean lines help frame the dense typographic content of the site, offset by a soft color palette, and inviting imagery on the homepage.
A members area is currently being added, which will handle ISPP’s membership fully, from joining to renewal and admin.
Awards: Communicator Awards 2013 (Silver Trophy for Interactive Distinction)
